This handbook was distributed to all employees by then-President Kensuke Ito to commemorate Kyocera's 35th anniversary. This is a handbook I personally obtained. Long-term storage in a desk drawer at my parents' home. This is the only handbook remaining, as shown in the photos. I used to carry it carefully in my briefcase or inside my suit pocket. I fondly remember reciting the company creed at morning assembly. It is a used item. Therefore, please be aware that there may be some minor stains and signs of use. In my personal opinion, it is considered to be in AB condition (good condition). Cover/Back cover: I think it's in good condition. At the time, there was a blank page before the back cover in the handbook, and it was stipulated that the separately prepared "Inamori Mind/Inamori Management 12 Articles" should be pasted onto the blank page as a supplement.
