It's a holo shift error. The image appears to have a teary-eyed, under-eye-bag-like Marnie because the holo is shifted downwards. It's a very rare error card. I put it in a sleeve immediately after opening it and have kept it in storage. It's in good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to imperfections.
