This is just the desktop PC unit. It does not include an OS (initialized state). Please prepare your own OS. No other accessories included (no power cable). If you lower the settings, you should be able to play games like Fortnite and Apex at around 60fps. (It's better to increase the memory to 16GB.) (The CPU is weaker than the graphics card, so stuttering in games is likely.) Please research the game performance yourself.
