It appears to be a Nakabayashi electric pencil sharpener, slim tray type (blue). It has a compact, slim design that doesn't take up much space. It has finger grips on the top and sides, making it easy to hold, and a design that prevents shavings from spilling when the shavings case is pulled out. It has a top tray where you can place short pencils, clips, etc. It also has safety features such as an automatic broken lead ejection function, a safety auto-stop function, and an anti-over-sharpening function. I no longer use pencils, so I'm offering it to someone who can use it. Thank you.
