This is a Chinese-made, professionally maintained erhu purchased through a Japanese music school for 80,000 yen. I enjoyed practicing with it, but I'm selling it due to time constraints. (Used for six months, 2 hours a week) Traditional instruments vary greatly in quality, but this one produces a good sound, and I believe the instrument itself is durable. Anti-slip tape has been applied to the body to help with bowing the strings evenly. Position stickers are also attached for reference. (They can be removed if you don't need them) I can also include practice sheet music if you need it. (D major, G major) *The thin string is broken, so please purchase a replacement and restring it. There are many websites that explain how to do this. If you are taking lessons, you could also ask your instructor to restring it for you.
