This is a mesh cap from Standard California. The design is a parody of the iconic Powell Peralta "Ripper" Bones logo, a must-have for old-school skaters. I purchased it new at the Standard California store and wore it for a while because I liked it. There's some wear and tear, but it's still in good condition and wearable. The size is free size. It can be adjusted with the snapback closure.
