I believe this was something I received from a survey at some event. It's a stress-relieving gadget with various gimmicks, allowing you to press all the buttons and turn the knobs. The instruction sheet inside is tattered, but the item itself is unused and clean because it's been kept in a bag. It weighs 43g and has a slightly substantial feel.
