I found this during my year-end cleaning: It's a "Game Boy Color" that I used to play with as a child. Please refer to the images for the exterior condition. I inserted batteries and checked the power. I confirmed that the screen lights up, and I could also hear the startup sound, "Pikoon." The internal board might still be intact, but I can't tell for sure as I'm not an expert. Therefore, I'm listing it as "junk." It's quite old, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for something in pristine condition.
