These scissors are designed for continuous pattern cutting on paper. They use replaceable blades, and come with three different blade patterns. Since the blades are not made of metal, they seem safe for children to use. (They are not suitable for cutting thick paper or metal.) They can be used by both right-handed and left-handed people.
