This is a left-side Achilles tendon brace. My usual shoe size is 22.5 to 23 cm. The brace was measured and fitted by an orthotist at a medical institution, so the brace itself is very sturdy. The price was 96,000 yen. I wore it for about 2 months after rupturing my Achilles tendon. There is some fraying on the Velcro, but there are no noticeable stains, and I think it's generally clean.
