There are some scratches on the grip and the rough paint on the butt of the rod. Heat shrink tubing has been applied to the butt of the rod (can be removed by cutting). Otherwise, the guides, blanks, cap, and line threader appear to be in good condition. There may be some oversights, but it is believed to be in near-new condition.
