Obakeinu Kirakira Water-in Seal I purchased this from the stationery section of Ito-Yokado about two years ago. It is unused, but I have opened the package once. I stored it in a drawer with other stickers. The backing sheet and packaging have some scratches and folds. I peeled off a store sticker from the back, but it didn't come off cleanly because it had been stuck on for a long time, and some stickiness remains. (See image 7) I plan to put this in a zip-top bag and ship it via Yu-Packet Post Mini. Please understand that this has been stored by a private individual.
