This is a circuit for a Telecaster that allows for the standard 3 positions plus series wiring of the front and rear pickups. * The control plate and knobs in the photo are not included. * The quality of the wiring has been improved, and cross-wire is used for cold wiring. This is not a typical 4-way circuit, but rather a design that adds a push-pull switch. With a 4-way switch, it can be unclear which position you're in while playing, and there's a chance of selecting the wrong position. However, this circuit adds a push-pull switch to the tone control. When pushed, it functions as a standard 3-position switch, and when pulled, it forces the pickups into series wiring. For example, you can pull the switch for a solo to get a powerful sound, and then push it back in for backing to instantly return to the position you selected before the solo. Thick cross-wire is used for the wiring. The capacitor is not the standard orange drop, but a beautiful vintage tropical fish capacitor from the 70s-80s. (Orange drop capacitors are also available for an additional 500 yen, including replacement labor.) * Regarding installation: This is a completed circuit, so all you need to do is solder the pickup +/- wires, the jack +/- wires (approx. 20cm), and the string ground wire connected to the bridge.
