This is a padded jacket that my dachshund, who passed away two years ago at the age of 23, used to wear. It's 100% polyester. The tag says size MD. My dog was always cold, and I would buy her cute clothes whenever I found them. When laid flat, the length is about 34cm and the width is about 20cm. She weighed about 5kg. She looked even cuter when she wore clothes(^^; The color is a cute combination of blue and pinkish orange. The pockets are not just for design.
