This is a bellows for macro photography. The body is built with traditional craftsmanship and is very sturdy. It can be used with current DSLR Nikon cameras and lenses with an F-mount. The paper bellows has been removed. As a substitute, it seems you can make one using cloth or black paper, folding it like origami. Searching "bellows, DIY" online will bring up instructions.
