SEA TO SUMMIT ALTO TR1 PLUS I purchased this new from Lost Arrow 2-3 years ago. I've used it about 3-4 times. There is a 10cm tear in the flysheet on the foot side, which I snagged on a rocky area, but it has been repaired with transparent GEAR AID repair tape. You probably wouldn't notice it unless you were told. There are no problems with use. See images 19-20. There may be some small dirt and marks from use, but there is no seam peeling or stickiness, and I think it's in relatively good condition. The items in the images are all that are included. A separate, dedicated footprint is included.
