We recommend replacing the batteries. We have confirmed that the other functions work. I have been using these for 2 years, and the battery lasts for about 5 minutes on the left side and 10 minutes on the right side. The charging case blinks red while charging. We would appreciate it if only those who understand that this is a junk item would purchase it. Basically, we cannot offer a warranty for this junk item.
