This is a metal mouthpiece for tenor saxophone by Berg Larsen, famous for being used by musicians like Sonny Rollins. The model number is 0-SMS, and the opening is 160 (equivalent to an Otto Link 12+ to 13), making it quite open and a very rare item. The sound is intense and should be high-baffle, but it produces a rather gritty and dark tone. It can be surprisingly easy to play with a thin reed. This is a sale of the mouthpiece only.
