I think the very cute pattern, frills on the collar, and puffed sleeves would look lovely on a little girl. There's also a sturdy undergarment/slip underneath the skirt. I noticed a small stain on the inside of the overlapping part of the hook closure when listing it. Therefore, I've marked it as having stains and scratches. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
