I've made some alterations to this item, which I acquired here two years ago. It's made of velvet material, giving it a luxurious feel. The second and third photos show how it looks when worn, and the wig that comes with it. It will be shipped folded, so some styling will be needed. I styled it with a commercial hairspray, so you should be able to restyle it at home. For reference: I am 155cm tall, and with 5cm boots, the cloak just barely touches the ground.
