These are lovely plates that evoke autumn, with a full moon floating between the Oribe ware, and depictions of Japanese pampas grass and bush clover. The thick, dynamic design enhances the presentation of food. There are areas of burning or peeling at the junction of the green and gray sections, but this is from the manufacturing process. See photos 8-16. They would be perfect for thick rolled omelets, rice balls, inari sushi, fruits, ohagi (sweet rice balls), and Mont Blanc desserts. Diameter: Approximately 19 cm.
