This is a commemorative item for the Order of the Rising Sun, 4th Class, Gold Rays with Rosette. It features the Imperial Chrysanthemum crest on the front. The back reads "Order of the Rising Sun, 4th Class, Gold Rays with Rosette." Despite being an item related to the Imperial Family... I've had to list it as "defective." There is a personal name on it, which I have hidden. The bottom part of the document box is unopened. However... I dropped the lid and damaged it. There are scratches on the upper right and lower left. Please check the photos. When the lid is closed, the damage will be on the inside and shouldn't be visible.
