There are some minor scratches on the surface, but overall, I think it's in good condition. It uses three AAA batteries. I have confirmed that the light turns on, but I will remove the batteries before shipping. Please prepare batteries yourself. You will need a small screwdriver to open the battery compartment. Please check the images for details. When you insert the batteries and press the button in the middle of the body, the light will turn on.
