I purchased this item used and have been storing it indoors. There are holes in the board surface, likely for mounting, which were present when I purchased it. Also, there is some bending in the hinge area, and there are sticker marks on the surface, so this item is being sold as junk. As this item is also listed on other sites, I cannot accept price negotiations.
