(The photos were taken with an iPhone, so it looks a bit gray, but it's completely black) It's not very thick, but rather thin and lightweight. It's a women's product. It comes with a hood and mask, so it covers your ears and mouth, making it perfect for cold days! You can ride a motorcycle or bicycle on cold days if you wear this (*^^*) The second photo is just an example of how it's worn; the neck part doesn't actually have this much extra fabric.
