We strive to provide a wide selection and fast shipping so that customers can enjoy and feel secure when shopping with us! As we are collectors and players ourselves, we store our cards in a dedicated warehouse with strict humidity and temperature control. We will deliver the cards you cherish for your collection and use in pristine condition. (Recently, we've been obsessed with Holo cards!) ■ If you would like to purchase individual cards from a product sold in multiple quantities, please leave a comment. ■ To prevent trouble between customers and ensure smooth transactions, we do not offer holds. ■ If there is any defect with the product, please contact us before leaving a rating. Due to the Mercari system, once the rating is complete, we lose contact with each other, and we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges. We will address any issues on our end to your satisfaction once confirmed. ■ We aim to ship all items within 24 hours. We will definitely ship within 1-2 days. ■ You can purchase items immediately without leaving a comment. ■ We do not have any pets. We are also non-smokers.
