We offer free shipping with anonymous delivery and tracking. ● Regarding packaging, please consider it as simple packaging. Basically, the item is wrapped in a plastic bag, then bubble wrap, and then packaged in a cardboard box, paper bag, envelope, or thick plastic bag for shipping. (Recently, a person who purchased a junk item gave a negative rating when the item was wrapped in a plastic bag, bubble wrapped, and then packaged in a paper bag, so please be aware if you are concerned) * We consider the size and weight when deciding on the packaging method. ● Regarding junk items We sell items with unconfirmed operation and defective items as junk items without operational guarantee. We state "junk item" in the product name and description, but recently, we have received consecutive negative ratings from buyers who pointed out operational defects. Please understand that junk items generally do not come with an operational guarantee. ● Regarding items with confirmed operation We perform operation checks twice, at the time of listing and before shipping, and provide products with normal operation. However, recently, we received consecutive negative ratings for items that were confirmed to be in normal operation and shipped, but were unable to read the software, possibly due to issues with the buyer's hardware or whether they were truly not working.
