Regarding the "Unsatisfactory" rating: I placed an order for a wig, and during the transaction, I felt distrustful of the other party's actions. When I communicated this at the end, I received this rating. The rating mentioned the quality of the finished product and that I complained at the end. However, my concern wasn't about the quality, but rather the lack of communication for a month, sudden changes, and last-minute interactions before the deadline. I felt that a more appropriate response could have been given, which is what I communicated. I didn't lower the other party's rating because they seemed to have many order transactions and I didn't want to negatively impact their future dealings. I have only requested wig orders a few times, and I've never had a transaction like this before. I was very disappointed with both the rating and the transaction itself. 閲覧ありがとうございます。 気持ちのいいお取引が出来ればと思っております! 【残念の評価について】 ウィッグのオーダーをさせて頂きお取引した際、相手様の対応に不信感持ち、最後にお伝えさせて頂いたところ、この評価を付けられてしまいました。評価には完成度と最後に文句を言われたとの事ですが、当方としては完成度云々ではなく1ヶ月も連絡が無かった所に急な変更、納期直前のやり取りと、もっと違った適切な対応ができたと思い、お伝えさせて頂いたところです。当方は相手様がオーダー取引を多くかかえており、評価を下げてはこれからのお取引に響いてしまうと思い相手様への評価は下げておりません。当方も数回しかウィッグオーダー依頼の取引をして居ないのですが、今回のような取引はさせて頂いたことはなく評価に関しても、お取引に関してもとても残念な気持ちでした。 (一方的に評価を下げられてしまったので記載しておきます。)R4.8.17
