My one word for today: (10/23) "This morning, I happened to learn on YouTube that Mercari's terms of service are changing, and I'm thinking, 'Will this make transactions a little more secure now?' I only sell on Mercari, but recently, cases where not only the items I list, but also their photos and descriptions are being illegally used as is, have been increasing, and honestly, it's become a hassle. As long as you use it normally, there shouldn't be any problems. I want to continue creating original listings when I have time." Thank you for viewing my profile. The reason I started selling was "to understand the difficulties and joys of sellers," and my current thought is "to share things I love with everyone." First Listing: April 10-14, 2019 Second Round: April 19-21, 2019 Third Round: April 27, 2019 - May 1, 2019 I started long-term listings from May 3, 2019. My goal is "to submit as a single work." However, selling is not my main job, side job, decluttering, or for profit. I will continue to do so within my capabilities, while being grateful to everyone. *No smokers & no pets. "Regarding Purchases" - I will proceed with the transaction with the person who purchases the item, even if price negotiations are ongoing. - When I'm unsure about the listing price, I will have it appraised by a professional to ensure it's not solely based on my subjective opinion. - I cannot offer significant discounts, but I will do my best. "Regarding Shipping" - The main shipping method is RakuRaku Mercari便 (pickup request). - Pickups are done once a day, and items are shipped on the day of purchase or the next day. - I occasionally use YuYu Mercari便 (post office drop-off). - It is difficult to change the shipping method as the convenience store and post office are far away. "Regarding Returns and Exchanges" - Since returns involve risks for both parties, I conduct thorough inspections. - In the unlikely event of a product defect, I will handle it properly. - I cannot accept returns after the evaluation is completed, as it will involve the administration office. "Other" - I will overlook minor breaches of etiquette, but I will consult the administration office for rule violations. - I do not block anyone. - I do not give negative reviews. - I will take appropriate action for dangerous acts or legal violations.
