Regarding the Burberry sheet, I repeatedly contacted the buyer over four days to request cancellation during the transaction, but I received no response. Unable to proceed, I set a deadline and informed them that if I didn't hear back, I would ship the item. Still, there was no contact. After shipping, I finally heard from them, but after inquiring with the post office, I was told nothing could be done. As a result, the item arrived, cancellation was impossible, and I received a negative review. I'm selling this to someone who needs it. Recently, I had a first-time buyer who repeatedly asked for photos and asked many questions, which I accommodated. Also, the day before yesterday, someone offered a desired price, and after I changed it, I thought they would buy it, but they bombarded me with questions and then said they would "consider" it. I want to make those who need the item happy and glad they bought it. For packaging, I may use recycled boxes (boxes that contained food), so please understand. Please also understand that items will be dropped off at the post office for shipping methods other than Yu-Pack. If the item is food in a box and is thick, I may ship it directly in a bag without the box, so please be aware of this.
