We do our best to describe the condition of our products and provide images so that you can be satisfied. We do not intend to sell only once, but we honestly state the condition as if we want you to do business with us many times. We wash and double-check each item, especially for cracks, chips, and the condition of the gold trim, so that you are not disappointed when you see the product. For items without their original box, we consider them to be in "near unused" condition at best. We only handle items that are old, so they generally do not come with their original boxes. If they are included, we will always state it (please note that the images in the product description are taken with a company logo laminate in the background, not the original box). We also pay attention to the backstamp, and not only do we clearly state any scratches, but we also provide images of all items in a set, not just one. In the description, we will also indicate whether the country of manufacture and age are stated, and whether there are R marks or C marks, and if there are differences within a set, we will describe them. We sell with the desire that our customers will be satisfied and use the products for a long time. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, please consult with us before leaving a review. We want to do our best to help you and the antique items so that neither you nor the antique items are left unused.
