I couldn't understand why someone would buy a used item with "scratches and dirt," and then demand a price reduction on other items because of a hole in the blister pack. So, I applied for a cancellation without requiring a return. (Cancellation has been completed.) As stated in the product description, "Scratches and dirt" refers to the overall condition of the item. This means there are scratches and dirt on the figure, box, and blister pack. Items with damage such as color transfer or broken pegs are listed as "junk." Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection or are sensitive about condition. If you want a perfect used item (?), please buy it at a store. Regarding the "Disappointing" rating: I failed to thoroughly inspect the item before listing it, and sent a product that was new and unused but had many scratches and was unusable. I have now completed the refund process, and the "Disappointing" rating has been removed, but I am listing it on my profile as a reminder to myself. 2020-08-01 Regarding the "Disappointing" rating ②: The packaging in question involved placing all items in a clear zip-lock bag, then taping the bag to thick cardboard and placing it in a CD cushion mailer to prevent the glass screen from breaking.
