Regarding the "Disappointing" rating: As stated in my profile, I primarily ship via Letter Pack, and I had correctly selected the Letter Pack shipping option, but the buyer seems to have overlooked it. Although it was New Year's Day, I shipped within 1-2 days. Furthermore, even after three days of the item being at the post office due to the buyer's absence, there was no sign of pickup and no contact from them. I contacted them to urge them to receive it, and it seems they took offense. The transaction was completed without the buyer receiving the item or confirming its contents. If someone has time to use Mercari even when busy, I would like to conduct transactions with people who will see them through to the end. ✳︎ Listings ✳︎ An increasing number of people are completing transactions without any contact from the moment of purchase. If you cannot complete the transaction on the same day of arrival, I will decline your purchase.
