Regarding the negative feedback... It's true that the transaction wasn't smooth, but we were able to communicate our sides through messages, so I let it go. However, I almost threw up when I saw the feedback I received. When did I ever say such a thing? The number of items purchased was insufficient, and while the replacement was fine, I did gently complain about the 1-week delay when the shipping was set for 2-3 days. I also confirmed the shipping date. I was in a hurry, but since 2-3 days was okay, I didn't mention it. However, shipping after 7 days is unacceptable. Even so, I gave a good rating because the communication was polite throughout. This transaction couldn't have been good, and I was an idiot. I learned that there are all sorts of people. But I think it was good that I gave a good rating. Somehow. I don't really know why!
