I will do my best to respond quickly and politely. Some packing materials may be reused (only those in good condition). We have one dog that lives outdoors, and fish, reptiles, amphibians, etc. As a family member has animal allergies, I am always careful to keep animal hair out of the house as much as possible. As per Mercari's guidelines, I cannot accommodate requests for "reserved" or "held" items. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions. However, I may be slow to respond as I sometimes have work on weekends. Thank you for your understanding.
