I use Mercari shipping, but some items may be shipped without insurance, so please be sure to check before purchasing. ★(;_;)★ About Bad Ratings ★(;_;)★ This was the worst transaction in nearly 400 previous ones... After I received a request for a price reduction without any prior questions about the product, I accommodated it. The first message I received on the transaction page wasn't a greeting, but rather, "I hope the product arrives quickly." I had a slight sense of unease due to the unnatural Japanese in the price reduction comment, but I brushed it off as overthinking and continued the transaction. Since they wanted to receive it quickly, I shipped it on the same day of purchase, proceeding with the most sincere response possible. However, after receiving the item, they filed a cancellation request with complaints of "cannot connect to Wi-Fi, loud noise, cannot connect to phone." All functions were confirmed to be working before listing. Was the Wi-Fi and phone (probably meaning smartphone connection?) connection not successful due to the language barrier, and was that made into a complaint...? The sound is within the expected operating noise, like that from a projector, and it seems to be listed at a higher price than the purchase price, so I sadly suspect that they may have been trying to make an unreasonable cancellation request to recoup the purchase price for resale purposes... Please be careful if you are going to transact with them in the future.
