Regarding the condition of the items (e.g., "like new," "no noticeable scratches or stains," etc.), please understand that we cannot accept claims due to differing interpretations. [Regarding Negative Feedback] I listed accessories for an iPhone 6 (excluding the main body), and they were purchased immediately. However, looking at the buyer's situation, they were selling multiple items of the same type, which made me suspect they were reselling. As expected, the buyer requested a return as soon as the item arrived. They claimed the item was "dirty and unusable, requesting a return" despite it being almost new (used only once for testing). They were selling multiple of the same item, so it was clear they had no intention of using it, and there was a risk of item substitution, so I firmly refused the return. As a result, I received negative feedback. While frustrating, I felt it was better than accepting the return. This kind of situation seems to be happening frequently, so I have described the details.
