Regarding the negative review, I sent the item in a simple envelope because it was sold at almost the lowest price of 350 yen. I shipped it at a convenience store, so the envelope might have opened at some point during transit. I was very unhappy to receive a nasty comment without any prior notice, even though it was not intentional. Basically, I will ship items with simple packaging.
