We import directly from Soul of Siberia as an authorized dealer. Therefore, if there are any initial defects upon arrival, such as cracks, we will exchange the item free of charge. We do not simply sell and disappear, as can happen with personal imports, so please rest assured. Please note that due to the natural materials used, some items may have knot marks. These do not affect the use of the product, but we will provide descriptions and photos to avoid any surprises.
