I have one unfortunate rating. This is because I listed a new, unused item and provided detailed information about the size and dimensions. However, the buyer requested a return for their own convenience, stating that "it was too tight when I wore it." I explained that my size descriptions were accurate and that I couldn't accept a return for a used item. The buyer then became defensive, saying things like "I wore it, but it's not dirty." I'm a working mom who loves to shop and is raising children. I can't bear to throw away items that are still usable, and I'm listing them in the hope that they will be useful to someone. I mainly list new, unused items and items in good condition. I always try to include photos and descriptions of any concerns. I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets. I try to respond to comments as quickly as possible, but it may take more than half a day depending on how busy I am with work. To keep prices as low as possible, I often use recycled materials for packaging. I'm not very good at negotiating discounts. To avoid negotiations, I set the lowest price among similar items when listing. Even though I state this in my profile, I'm still often asked for discounts, which is frustrating. I understand that some people expect to negotiate discounts, but I've already set prices significantly lower than comparable items from the start, so I hope you understand. I cannot offer discounts of more than 10%. Thank you for your understanding. I generally welcome combined purchases. However, I can only offer a discount if the shipping cost remains the same.
