Regarding the one negative review I received: I sincerely apologize to the buyer. The item I sold was new and packaged in plastic, so I shipped it unopened. However, it seems there was a defect in some of the stitching. From now on, I will take care to open and inspect items (except for things like cosmetics) during the inspection process. I enjoy shopping, and my job involves giving and receiving gifts, so I tend to accumulate a lot of items. I regularly declutter. Many items are new, but I purchased them because I liked them, so I hope they can be passed on to someone who will cherish them. I do not smoke, and I do not have any pets. Regarding brand-name items, I only sell items purchased from official stores, domestic department stores, or other shops that are guaranteed to sell authentic products, or items that have been confirmed to be genuine. (Also, I have set up the "Authenticity Guarantee" option whenever possible.) You are welcome to purchase directly without leaving a comment.
