It didn't budge when I moved it at home, so I was careless. I am not blaming the delivery company 100% as mentioned in the comment, and I apologized to the buyer, but it seems my apology didn't get through (crying). I will pack more carefully from now on and be more mindful to avoid any trouble. m(__)m

ご覧頂きありがとうございます⭐︎ 即購入okです！ 発送2日〜3日で設定している時でも、なるべく即日発送が出来る様に心がけております＾＾ 商品到着日でご希望の曜日や時間帯がございましたら、お早めに教えてくださると助かります。 ※悪い評価1件について 鉢を固定する段ボールの強度が弱く、配達時に固定が落ち動いてしまったそうです。自宅で動かした時はビクともしなかった為、油断してしまいました。 コメントにあるような、100%配達業者のせいにはしておらず、購入者様にはきちんと謝罪をしましたが、伝わらなかった様です（泣） 今後はもっと梱包を丁寧にし、トラブルの無い様気をつけますm(__)m
