【Selling Style】 ・I am selling items from organizing my bookshelves and household goods that I don't use often. ・Basically, the purpose is to dispose of unwanted items, so please forgive any damage/stains due to aging (items with significant damage will be considered junk). ・Priority is given to confirmed purchases = first come, first served. Comments are generally unnecessary. ・I cannot accommodate holds/exclusive listings. 【My Living Environment and Storage Conditions】 ・Non-smoker. ・I have a cat. Please be aware if you have animal allergies. ・Most items are normally stored/used on bookshelves. 【Shipping Method】 I will ship using recycled cardboard boxes, envelopes, and cushioning materials used for online shopping. I will use plastic bags for simple waterproofing, and items that I deem necessary will be shipped via Yamato Transport in a dedicated box. If you have a preferred shipping method, please consult with me before purchasing. 【Price Negotiation】 I generally set prices at the lowest possible level, so please refrain from requesting significant discounts. If you would like a discount, please purchase multiple items or clearly state your desired price. If it's within an acceptable range, or if I want to prioritize disposal, I may offer a discount of around 5% to 10% for a limited time. I generally do not respond to template comments or requests that only include the desired purchase price. I have had negative experiences with people who only request discounts without any intention of purchasing, so please understand. 【Bonus Information】 If there is no change in shipping costs, I can include items (mainly books) listed for around 300 yen as a bonus.
