(Plush toys may sometimes be sent without cushioning material.) ☆Paper items → Water-proofed, reinforced with cardboard (may be sent via standard mail depending on the item). Shop bags or similar may be used for packing depending on the size of the item. Please understand that we are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. ➡︎In the event of a return due to the recipient being absent, shipping fees may be charged for reshipment. Please check your delivery notices carefully. We will refuse any future transactions with individuals who cancel due to incorrect addresses or other reasons without intending to repurchase.
