Regarding a transaction in February 2026, I received a comment stating "different from the description," but this person had poor communication from the start and was unreachable throughout the process. They were a person with poor manners. Two out of 37 items were lost, so I sent the other two, but there was no response. Finally, the transaction ended with a complaint just before the evaluation deadline. There was no detailed communication during that time. This was my mistake in dealing with such a person, but please be assured that I have received all positive feedback for other tea ceremony products and books. I learned for the first time that such a case can occur with over 350 transactions.
