I would appreciate it if you could read this, as it's a bit long. No pets or smoking. I generally don't list items in poor condition, so please rest assured. If there are any stains or flaws, I will upload photos of those areas. Also, I will include the year of purchase or manufacture if known, and I try to describe the items in as much detail as possible, so please read the description. ① Regarding Removal and Re-listing If an item doesn't sell after a while, I often remove it and re-list it. Therefore, I don't try to accumulate "likes" and instead re-list items to allow as many people as possible to see them. Please understand that items may suddenly disappear. ② Regarding Questions via Comments Recently, I've been troubled by the number of people who ask questions and then don't respond. I believe at least some kind of reaction is necessary, so I may block such individuals. ③ Regarding Price Reductions I believe I set prices low from the start. Despite this, I find it unpleasant when people ask for a significant price reduction with comments like "I'd like to buy it for ¥〇〇." Please refrain from comments that state a desired price. If an item doesn't sell, I will gradually reduce the price, usually over a short period (1 or 2 days). For some items, I will specify the maximum possible discount. Furthermore, if someone requests a further discount from the price I propose, I will consider that person to be only concerned with their own profit and will immediately block them. I am well aware that some people enjoy negotiating prices, but I cannot offer significant discounts. Even if you comment, I often have to say, "I'm sorry," or "I can only offer a small discount." Please understand. You are welcome to ask in the comments if a discount is possible, so please don't misunderstand.
