Even with this, the error was only 2cm, so we determined there was no size error or product defect. We agreed to a return, provided the customer paid for return shipping and the item was in new condition without stains. However, we were disappointed that the customer was not satisfied because there was no verbal response. We received a negative review stating a lack of compromise.
