I will definitely reply, so please wait. Regarding the negative feedback received on February 16th: I am very surprised to see that I was accused of being pushy. After a week with no reply, I finally got in touch, only to be told they had the flu and couldn't ship until the weekend. When I contacted them again over the weekend, they wrote in their feedback that I was pushy, and I am very angry. I don't believe I was at fault. Basically, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, even during price negotiations, so thank you for your understanding. Returns and exchanges are not accepted to prevent switching of items. We do not accept complaints, so please carefully review the description and photos. Please ask any questions you have before purchasing. I don't want to buy items that smell like cigarettes, so I apologize for asking, but I will. Thank you for reading.
