⭐︎Shipping unavailable for purchases made from January 2nd to January 7th⭐︎ I have approximately 1900 transactions with only 2 negative ratings. The most recent one was for a Ralph Lauren down jacket, with the message "There was a zipper malfunction" left at the end of the transaction. However, I checked the zipper up and down 2-3 times right before packing and shipping, and there were no problems. I'm unsure what the malfunction was, and the transaction ended without further explanation. For items like toys that require function checks, I always kept videos of the item working until the transaction was complete. Now, I'm wondering if I need to start taking videos of zipper inspections as well. It was a disappointing transaction for me! ※For those paying at convenience stores, please comment beforehand. Shipping will be 4-7 days after payment confirmation. ※I only handle anonymous shipping. After shipping, you can track the delivery status on the transaction screen via Yamato or the post office.
