I appreciate the many likes I've received on the items I've listed. I may cancel transactions with users who have negative feedback. Please understand. Recently, I had to cancel an order due to a claim that the number of items was incorrect. However, I take photos of the inside of the package during packing and double-check everything before shipping. I have thoroughly confirmed the contents before sending. I will not accept any claims regarding missing items or incorrect quantities in the future. Please understand. On October 9th, I received a comment stating that they would report me to the Mercari administration. This user had previously been declined a transaction, and after I declined them again, they threatened to report me. I try my best to accommodate requests, but I may have to decline them.
